What can I say about this lady! Firstly she is always full of energy with a massive smile on her face, she is always so positive with the mind set anything can be achieved if you want it too! I have known Emily as a friend for a long time but only started training a year ago and I am hooked!! Emily has the ability to motivate you in a positive and inspirational way! She is always in hand when you need her! Highly recommending E.L.FITNESS. Don't hesitate come and try you wouldn't be disappointed.Because it's not only about sport it's very supportive, friendly, carring family.First time I met Emily at Eltham Ave Reaction Ground the she has class baby boot camp. My little boy was just 5.5 months old then we joined baby boot camp. AMAZING EMILY, are fitness teacher she so supportive. She helps us to look after kids while we exercising. Without her help I don't know what we can do?! She is incredible multi-tasker.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍Apart from fitness classes we have great time. Childrens Christmas party and adult Christmas party, drinks in TUMMIES and lots of fun.Thank you so much EMILY for everything you do for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi I’m barbie well known to all my boot camp family .. 😜.... I’ve been with elf since the beginning for me it was an easy choice ... Emily’s a top coach the best ! Her classes are always first class never boring !! It’s always bloody hard work but so rewarding!! She pushes everyone to do there best ... we are lucky to have her as not only our coach but our friend .... if you’re looking for a first class excise class with a great bunch off people look no further dont think about it anymore just come along and join !! It’s the best all the people are fab you will get a warm welcome and you will have fun while getting fit ! I can’t thank everyone and Emily for making me the person I’ve become since joining elf boot camp I’ve got an amazing group off new mates and I’m as fit as I’ve ever been ... love boot camp xxxxx

I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come. A lovely group with lovely people and would recommend to absolutely anyone x

I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

Emily is amazing I started training with her last October, and even now at 8months pregnant I’m still attending classes, where she has completely adapted them for my needs. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming group, she has completely built my confidence and attitude towards exercise as sessions are fun and different every time. Come along and see for yourself 💪🏻💪🏻
