The wife loves her, finds her very motivating, she encourages with such a positive attitude and gives constant support and advice. Stacey would totally recommend her to everyone who listens as she feels like she's getting back to the old Stacey before Alice.

I joined E.L. Fitness in September and absolutely LOVE it!! I can't recommend it enough! if you want an exercise group which is fun, hard work and rewarding then come and join us. Emily is such an amazing trainer so supportive, enthusiastic and motivating. LOVE my ELF family

As an older couple (AGE WITHHELD !!), we are delighted with the difference that E.L Fitness has made to our lives physically and mentally. Emily is a great instructor and encourages you whatever your level. Nice friendly group of people. Give it a try.

Been training with Emily for over a year, she is such a lovely woman with a massive heart but not scared to give you a good beasting. I have gained so much since joining. Made great friends that I will have forever and a massive support system. So much variety and never the same workout twice. My kids love coming to the child friendly classes where you can exercise and know your kids are safe and being watched. Love you lots em xxxx

Highly recommending E.L.FITNESS. Don't hesitate come and try you wouldn't be disappointed.Because it's not only about sport it's very supportive, friendly, carring family.First time I met Emily at Eltham Ave Reaction Ground the she has class baby boot camp. My little boy was just 5.5 months old then we joined baby boot camp. AMAZING EMILY, are fitness teacher she so supportive. She helps us to look after kids while we exercising. Without her help I don't know what we can do?! She is incredible multi-tasker.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍Apart from fitness classes we have great time. Childrens Christmas party and adult Christmas party, drinks in TUMMIES and lots of fun.Thank you so much EMILY for everything you do for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been training with Emily for a few years now! I wouldn’t have it any other way, she’s amazing at her job. Always around to help work on anything you may struggle with. She’s adjusts her workouts to suit you! Thanks Emily :)

Hi I’m barbie well known to all my boot camp family .. 😜.... I’ve been with elf since the beginning for me it was an easy choice ... Emily’s a top coach the best ! Her classes are always first class never boring !! It’s always bloody hard work but so rewarding!! She pushes everyone to do there best ... we are lucky to have her as not only our coach but our friend .... if you’re looking for a first class excise class with a great bunch off people look no further dont think about it anymore just come along and join !! It’s the best all the people are fab you will get a warm welcome and you will have fun while getting fit ! I can’t thank everyone and Emily for making me the person I’ve become since joining elf boot camp I’ve got an amazing group off new mates and I’m as fit as I’ve ever been ... love boot camp xxxxx
