I'd spent years trying different diets/fitness regimes and it wasn't until I joined EL Fitness that I was able to start achieving my goal. Not only have I lost weight, I feel the fittest and healthiest I have ever been and now make much better food choices. Emily is amazing and somehow make all the sessions fun while ensuring you are getting the best out of it for you! It's an absolute bonus as well that I have met so many supportive fellow bootcampers along the way, you couldn't ask for a more friendly and fun bunch to work out with! Best decision I ever made to become an ELF!

Emily is amazing I started training with her last October, and even now at 8months pregnant I’m still attending classes, where she has completely adapted them for my needs. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming group, she has completely built my confidence and attitude towards exercise as sessions are fun and different every time. Come along and see for yourself 💪🏻💪🏻

Emily is lovely... very encouraging and the ELFS are all really supportive. The sessions are hard work - but fun! You will be challenged but you will enjoy the training and leave feeling good about yourself 😀 The other bonus is there are so many different sessions you can book on to during the week which make fitting in a class much easier - so there is no excuse not to go!! 😃😃

I joined EL Fitness nearly a year ago, and I am so happy I found this group! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, which took the pressure off of joining. Emily goes above and beyond, to make sure you are ok, and the classes suit you. Throughout lockdown Em has checked in, and worked even harder to keep us motivated with indoor classes online, along with Sam. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new fitness outlet to come along and give it a try. I have never kept up with my fitness as I have done the past year!
