Coming to her classes you will feel part of a fun, supportive family and you WILL feel a difference. She motivates in the kindest ways and always knows when you can give that little bit extra that you didn't know you had!!

  • positive review  Been training with Emily for over a year, she is such a lovely woman with a massive heart but not scared to give you a good beasting. I have gained so much since joining. Made great friends that I will have forever and a massive support system. So much variety and never the same workout twice. My kids love coming to the child friendly classes where you can exercise and know your kids are safe and being watched. Love you lots em xxxx

  • positive review  I joined back in the summer and highly recommend these classes. Emily and Sam are both awesome and the classes are great fun. Exercising outdoors is highly addictive. After 3 months I am seeing both physical changes and also my mental well-being has improved. Classes are tough but great fun and everyone is so friendly. There’s so many classes so there’s always a time to suit. It’s great to exercise outdoors. What makes EL really fantastic though is the personal touch with motivational messages, newsletters and other events. It’s an opportunity to put on some bright leggings and have fun. Even now we are in lockdown, there is loads going on online. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

  • positive review  I joined E.L.Fitness the second week of lockdown, only regret is I didn’t join sooner! I’ve loved every session with Emily and Sam who are both motivating, helpful, kind and inspirational. The whole team have an amazing ,supportive bond. The last few months have been tough for everyone yet this is a ray of sunshine, tough, fun and addictive! I’d recommend anyone to join. Looking forward to meeting everyone properly! 💪👍

  • positive review  Hi I’m barbie well known to all my boot camp family .. 😜.... I’ve been with elf since the beginning for me it was an easy choice ... Emily’s a top coach the best ! Her classes are always first class never boring !! It’s always bloody hard work but so rewarding!! She pushes everyone to do there best ... we are lucky to have her as not only our coach but our friend .... if you’re looking for a first class excise class with a great bunch off people look no further dont think about it anymore just come along and join !! It’s the best all the people are fab you will get a warm welcome and you will have fun while getting fit ! I can’t thank everyone and Emily for making me the person I’ve become since joining elf boot camp I’ve got an amazing group off new mates and I’m as fit as I’ve ever been ... love boot camp xxxxx
