We have started a monthly menopause café, anyone affected by the menopause is welcome to come along for a chat, to meet new people and discuss all things menopause. Refreshments are provided and we have some amazing guest speakers from medical professionals to physios and nutritionists. Feel free to drop us a message for more info or just turn up on the day.

Whether you’re embarking on an exercise regime for the first time, looking to improve your fitness, working towards a specific personal goal,  or simply want to meet new people, you’ve come to the right place. We're passionate about inspiring people to grow in self-confidence, enjoy exercise and have fun in the process.

We run friendly inclusive outdoor and online fitness classes suitable for everyone. Exercising is beneficial for mind as well as body – it’s been shown to increase energy, lift your mood and releases feel-good endorphins.


Life should be about keeping healthy and active, but also about balance.  More love, less guilt in every aspect and that’s what we aim to do.  Our ethos at EL Fitness is to ditch those scales, we call them the sad step for a reason.  We’ve try our best to promote more of what we believe in, positivity, embracing life and every opportunity that comes our way. We take the good days with the bad and feel all the feels, but remind ourselves that bad days are temporary and good days are always around the corner.  No matter what your struggles or barriers are we will always do everything we can to help and encourage you to overcome them.  We love to train people, but we also love to have fun, as well as focusing on self care and taking some time out to recharge.  Whether you join us on the field or online we hope you love it and enjoy it as much as we do.  There won’t be any counting macros, detoxing, diet culture or 'clean' eating, body shaming or focus on unhealthy habits.  We both know first hand how damaging these can be to your wellbeing and how they're never a long term solution.  It’s all about having a realistic, balanced, enjoyable lifestyle and promoting a healthy body image and relationship with food and exercise. We are always open and honest and are happy to answer any questions and offer support wherever we can. We love helping in the community, we do regular community give backs and support various charities promoting community spirit.  Being part of EL Fitness is like being part of one big supportive family and we can’t wait to welcome you.
