Meet the lovely Chelsea who trains with Sam at Upton Court Park in Slough, here's her story

Living with severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, and PMDD was overwhelming, and at 35 I faced the life‑changing reality of a hysterectomy that pushed me into surgical menopause. The physical pain was immense, but the mental toll was even heavier and I hit rock bottom.

Joining E.L Fitness became a turning point. On the hardest days, my coach Sam simplified the exercises so I could still move my body, and that small act of kindness made all the difference. Slowly, with the support of the amazing ladies at Langley, I began to rebuild not just my strength but my confidence.

Fast forward a year, and I feel stronger than ever mentally and physically. Sam and Ems knowledge around menopause, combined with the cafés they run, gave me the tools to ask the right questions about HRT and take back control of my health.

E.L Fitness isn’t just about workouts it’s about people. It is a community that understands, supports, and uplifts. Their holistic approach has given me energy, strength, and positivity I never thought possible, and I am deeply grateful for the role they’ve played in helping me reclaim my life.
