Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come.   • positive review  Been training with Emily for over a year, she is such a lovely woman with a massive heart but not scared to give you a good beasting. I have gained so much since joining. Made great friends that I will have forever and a massive support system. So much variety and never the same workout twice. My kids love coming to the child friendly classes where you can exercise and know your kids are safe and being watched. Love you lots em xxxx

  • positive review  Just had my first session (taster) with E L Fitness and am definitely going back. Great safety procedures and social distancing measures. Emily and Sam are professional and fun trainers, the group are really friendly and welcoming and the session was perfect...just the type of workout I like and challenging. Looking forward to being part of this community.

  • positive review  I joined EL Fitness nearly a year ago, and I am so happy I found this group! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, which took the pressure off of joining. Emily goes above and beyond, to make sure you are ok, and the classes suit you. Throughout lockdown Em has checked in, and worked even harder to keep us motivated with indoor classes online, along with Sam. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new fitness outlet to come along and give it a try. I have never kept up with my fitness as I have done the past year!

Emily keeps you motivated with a variety of differ sessions no session is the same. Everyone who attends E.L. Fitness are great people and are like family to me.

  • positive review  I am not a very fit or athletic person but after starting to work out with emily i am hooked. its been a year now and never before i stuck to any kind of workout for so long. i have tried gyms, cardio machines at home, walking, trying to run, youtube videos etc. Emily makes it very interesting and keeps you motivated. another good thing about the classes is that you go at your own pace but at the same time watching other people in the class motivates you to work harder. in addition to this the classes are outdoor, which i must admit i was sceptical about at first but its so rejuvenating. The fresh air do you worlds of good. I usually go to the child friendly sessions at 9:45am and its such a big plus that your kids can come with you if there are holidays or they are not of school going age yet. since starting i feel stronger, adventurous, more active. i feel like i have more energy. Thankyou so much emily for helping me get active.
