British Legion Ladies Boxercise.
We are now doing ladies only Boxercise classes for 45mins every Tuesday.
We have ladies of all ages and fitness levels joining us, it's so much fun. Indoor in bad weather but also the use of a large garden when the sun is shining.
Come and Join us EVERY TUESDAY at 7.30pm until 8.15pm.

£5 on the door. If you have your own gloves bring them however we have lots of spares.
