Upton Court Park Ladies Boxercise.
We are now doing ladies only Boxercise classes for 45mins every Monday.
We have ladies of all ages and fitness levels joining us, it's so much fun. Indoor in bad weather but also the use of a large park when the sun is shining.
Come and Join us EVERY MONDAY at 6.15pm until 7.00pm.

Classes are suitable for absolutely everyone
£5 on the door. If you have your own gloves bring them however we have lots of spares.
