  • positive review  I joined EL Fitness nearly a year ago, and I am so happy I found this group! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, which took the pressure off of joining. Emily goes above and beyond, to make sure you are ok, and the classes suit you. Throughout lockdown Em has checked in, and worked even harder to keep us motivated with indoor classes online, along with Sam. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new fitness outlet to come along and give it a try. I have never kept up with my fitness as I have done the past year!

  • positive review  Highly recommending E.L.FITNESS. Don't hesitate come and try you wouldn't be disappointed.Because it's not only about sport it's very supportive, friendly, carring family.First time I met Emily at Eltham Ave Reaction Ground the she has class baby boot camp. My little boy was just 5.5 months old then we joined baby boot camp. AMAZING EMILY, are fitness teacher she so supportive. She helps us to look after kids while we exercising. Without her help I don't know what we can do?! She is incredible multi-tasker.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍Apart from fitness classes we have great time. Childrens Christmas party and adult Christmas party, drinks in TUMMIES and lots of fun.Thank you so much EMILY for everything you do for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • positive review  I'd spent years trying different diets/fitness regimes and it wasn't until I joined EL Fitness that I was able to start achieving my goal. Not only have I lost weight, I feel the fittest and healthiest I have ever been and now make much better food choices. Emily is amazing and somehow make all the sessions fun while ensuring you are getting the best out of it for you! It's an absolute bonus as well that I have met so many supportive fellow bootcampers along the way, you couldn't ask for a more friendly and fun bunch to work out with! Best decision I ever made to become an ELF!

  • positive review  I’ve been working out with Emily for a while now! She is an amazing trainer who supports and encourages each and everyone of us in such a positive manner regardless of your fitness level! Emily has helped me reach the best of my potential and continues to push me to reach new goals! It’s a warm, welcoming and friendly group and I have made many new friends! The goal is fitness but there is a massive focus on having a positive outlook and embracing life which you won’t find anywhere else! I highly recommend joining and finding out just how fun working out can be!

  • positive review  I joined over a year ago, and E.L Fitness has completely changed my attitude towards exercise. Turning up to class is always a surprise because every class is different. Emily is more than just a trainer, she doesn't push us to lose weight and instead helps us with our wellbeing and is always there for support in and outside classes, which I love. There have been times when I have stopped turning up to classes and Emily helps motivate me to come back. She has also kept us going through these tough times and has run classes online and done weekly check ins to check we are doing okay. Everyone who attends is so welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend!

  • positive review  For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��
