The wife loves her, finds her very motivating, she encourages with such a positive attitude and gives constant support and advice. Stacey would totally recommend her to everyone who listens as she feels like she's getting back to the old Stacey before Alice.

The best bootcamp in the area bar none. Tried the others but Emily makes it such fun as well as challenging. Love it.

I am a fitness fanatic and Emily's bootcamps are AWESOME! She owns an insane amount of equipment which allows her to create a wide variety of workouts - tailored to all levels. I am absolutely loving it and wish I'd joined sooner.

Emily is amazing I started training with her last October, and even now at 8months pregnant I’m still attending classes, where she has completely adapted them for my needs. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming group, she has completely built my confidence and attitude towards exercise as sessions are fun and different every time. Come along and see for yourself 💪🏻💪🏻

What can I say about this lady! Firstly she is always full of energy with a massive smile on her face, she is always so positive with the mind set anything can be achieved if you want it too! I have known Emily as a friend for a long time but only started training a year ago and I am hooked!! Emily has the ability to motivate you in a positive and inspirational way! She is always in hand when you need her! Whether you train regularly or have never trained in your life come and give EL Fitness a go I promise you will fall in love with Emily and what she can help you achieve 💪🏻🍍 Everyone that comes to this bootcamp are amazing and friendly and we are all here for each other! 💕

Been training with Emily for over a year, she is such a lovely woman with a massive heart but not scared to give you a good beasting. I have gained so much since joining. Made great friends that I will have forever and a massive support system. So much variety and never the same workout twice. My kids love coming to the child friendly classes where you can exercise and know your kids are safe and being watched. Love you lots em xxxx

I have been training with Emily for 2 years now and I’m fitter than I have ever been and have achieved more than I thought I could. Emily keeps you motivated with a variety of differ sessions no session is the same. Everyone who attends E.L. Fitness are great people and are like family to me.
