Hi I’m barbie well known to all my boot camp family .. 😜.... I’ve been with elf since the beginning for me it was an easy choice ... Emily’s a top coach the best ! Her classes are always first class never boring !! It’s always bloody hard work but so rewarding!! She pushes everyone to do there best ... we are lucky to have her as not only our coach but our friend .... if you’re looking for a first class excise class with a great bunch off people look no further dont think about it anymore just come along and join !! It’s the best all the people are fab you will get a warm welcome and you will have fun while getting fit ! I can’t thank everyone and Emily for making me the person I’ve become since joining elf boot camp I’ve got an amazing group off new mates and I’m as fit as I’ve ever been ... love boot camp xxxxx

I joined over a year ago, and E.L Fitness has completely changed my attitude towards exercise. Turning up to class is always a surprise because every class is different. Emily is more than just a trainer, she doesn't push us to lose weight and instead helps us with our wellbeing and is always there for support in and outside classes, which I love. There have been times when I have stopped turning up to classes and Emily helps motivate me to come back. She has also kept us going through these tough times and has run classes online and done weekly check ins to check we are doing okay. Everyone who attends is so welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend!

I am a fitness fanatic and Emily's bootcamps are AWESOME! She owns an insane amount of equipment which allows her to create a wide variety of workouts - tailored to all levels. I am absolutely loving it and wish I'd joined sooner.

I’ve been working out with Emily for a while now! She is an amazing trainer who supports and encourages each and everyone of us in such a positive manner regardless of your fitness level! Emily has helped me reach the best of my potential and continues to push me to reach new goals! It’s a warm, welcoming and friendly group and I have made many new friends! The goal is fitness but there is a massive focus on having a positive outlook and embracing life which you won’t find anywhere else! I highly recommend joining and finding out just how fun working out can be!

I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come. A lovely group with lovely people and would recommend to absolutely anyone x
