Highly recommending E.L.FITNESS. Don't hesitate come and try you wouldn't be disappointed.Because it's not only about sport it's very supportive, friendly, carring family.First time I met Emily at Eltham Ave Reaction Ground the she has class baby boot camp. My little boy was just 5.5 months old then we joined baby boot camp. AMAZING EMILY, are fitness teacher she so supportive. She helps us to look after kids while we exercising. Without her help I don't know what we can do?! She is incredible multi-tasker.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍Apart from fitness classes we have great time. Childrens Christmas party and adult Christmas party, drinks in TUMMIES and lots of fun.Thank you so much EMILY for everything you do for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Emily is amazing and her bootcamp sessions are hard work but so much fun at the same time. She is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend E.L. Fitness to anyone who wants to get fit and feel better about themselves.

I am not a very fit or athletic person but after starting to work out with emily i am hooked. its been a year now and never before i stuck to any kind of workout for so long. i have tried gyms, cardio machines at home, walking, trying to run, youtube videos etc. Emily makes it very interesting and keeps you motivated. another good thing about the classes is that you go at your own pace but at the same time watching other people in the class motivates you to work harder. in addition to this the classes are outdoor, which i must admit i was sceptical about at first but its so rejuvenating. The fresh air do you worlds of good. I usually go to the child friendly sessions at 9:45am and its such a big plus that your kids can come with you if there are holidays or they are not of school going age yet. since starting i feel stronger, adventurous, more active. i feel like i have more energy. Thankyou so much emily for helping me get active.

I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

I’ve been working out with Emily for a while now! She is an amazing trainer who supports and encourages each and everyone of us in such a positive manner regardless of your fitness level! Emily has helped me reach the best of my potential and continues to push me to reach new goals! It’s a warm, welcoming and friendly group and I have made many new friends! The goal is fitness but there is a massive focus on having a positive outlook and embracing life which you won’t find anywhere else! I highly recommend joining and finding out just how fun working out can be!

What can I say about this lady! Firstly she is always full of energy with a massive smile on her face, she is always so positive with the mind set anything can be achieved if you want it too! I have known Emily as a friend for a long time but only started training a year ago and I am hooked!! Emily has the ability to motivate you in a positive and inspirational way! She is always in hand when you need her! Whether you train regularly or have never trained in your life come and give EL Fitness a go I promise you will fall in love with Emily and what she can help you achieve 💪🏻🍍 Everyone that comes to this bootcamp are amazing and friendly and we are all here for each other! 💕

I have been training with Emily for over a year now. I do the the child friendly class 3 times a week and couldn’t recommend it enough!! As a new mum it was a great reason to get out of the house at first and get outdoors and moving with other mums. But it’s now so much more than that. I actually feel sad if I can’t make a class. Emily is such a warm, happy, positive person and fantastic fitness coach... I couldn’t see myself exercising that hard for anyone else! My one year old son loves her too. My fitness is the best it has been for years. The people you train with are the loveliest most supportive people going and I’ve made some great friends. Highly recommend.

For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

I joined E.L. Fitness in September and absolutely LOVE it!! I can't recommend it enough! if you want an exercise group which is fun, hard work and rewarding then come and join us. Emily is such an amazing trainer so supportive, enthusiastic and motivating. LOVE my ELF family
