Coming to her classes you will feel part of a fun, supportive family and you WILL feel a difference.   • positive review  I have been training with Emily for 2 years now and I’m fitter than I have ever been and have achieved more than I thought I could. Emily keeps you motivated with a variety of differ sessions no session is the same. Everyone who attends E.L. Fitness are great people and are like family to me.

  • positive review  Emily is a great trainer and looks after your welfare. She goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a trainer. She supported me with home workouts whilst I was overseas. She also gives me alternatives when my dodgy knee does not allow me to attempt some of the exercises.

  • positive review  I have been training with Emily for over a year now. I do the the child friendly class 3 times a week and couldn’t recommend it enough!! As a new mum it was a great reason to get out of the house at first and get outdoors and moving with other mums. But it’s now so much more than that. I actually feel sad if I can’t make a class. Emily is such a warm, happy, positive person and fantastic fitness coach... I couldn’t see myself exercising that hard for anyone else! My one year old son loves her too. My fitness is the best it has been for years. The people you train with are the loveliest most supportive people going and I’ve made some great friends. Highly recommend.
