  • positive review  Emily is lovely... very encouraging and the ELFS are all really supportive. The sessions are hard work - but fun! You will be challenged but you will enjoy the training and leave feeling good about yourself 😀 The other bonus is there are so many different sessions you can book on to during the week which make fitting in a class much easier - so there is no excuse not to go!! 😃😃

  • positive review  I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come. A lovely group with lovely people and would recommend to absolutely anyone x

  • positive review  Emily is a great trainer and looks after your welfare. She goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a trainer. She supported me with home workouts whilst I was overseas. She also gives me alternatives when my dodgy knee does not allow me to attempt some of the exercises.

  • positive review  Emily is brilliant. She gets the best out of everyone with her incredible positivity. Coming to her classes you will feel part of a fun, supportive family and you WILL feel a difference. She motivates in the kindest ways and always knows when you can give that little bit extra that you didn't know you had!!

  • positive review  I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

  • positive review  For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

  • positive review  Been training with Emily for over a year, she is such a lovely woman with a massive heart but not scared to give you a good beasting. I have gained so much since joining. Made great friends that I will have forever and a massive support system. So much variety and never the same workout twice. My kids love coming to the child friendly classes where you can exercise and know your kids are safe and being watched. Love you lots em xxxx
