  • positive review  For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

Coming to her classes you will feel part of a fun, supportive family and you WILL feel a difference. She motivates in the kindest ways and always knows when you can give that little bit extra that you didn't know you had!!

  • positive review  I joined E.L. Fitness in September and absolutely LOVE it!! I can't recommend it enough! if you want an exercise group which is fun, hard work and rewarding then come and join us. Emily is such an amazing trainer so supportive, enthusiastic and motivating. LOVE my ELF family

  • positive review  I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

  • positive review  I am a fitness fanatic and Emily's bootcamps are AWESOME! She owns an insane amount of equipment which allows her to create a wide variety of workouts - tailored to all levels. I am absolutely loving it and wish I'd joined sooner.

Don't hesitate come and try you wouldn't be disappointed.Because it's not only about sport it's very supportive, friendly, carring family.First time I met Emily at Eltham Ave Reaction Ground the she has class baby boot camp. My little boy was just 5.5 months old then we joined baby boot camp. AMAZING EMILY, are fitness teacher she so supportive. She helps us to look after kids while we exercising. Without her help I don't know what we can do?! She is incredible multi-tasker.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍Apart from fitness classes we have great time. Childrens Christmas party and adult Christmas party, drinks in TUMMIES and lots of fun.Thank you so much EMILY for everything you do for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
