Emily is amazing I started training with her last October, and even now at 8months pregnant I’m still attending classes, where she has completely adapted them for my needs. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming group, she has completely built my confidence and attitude towards exercise as sessions are fun and different every time. Come along and see for yourself 💪🏻💪🏻

I’ve been training with Emily for a few years now! I wouldn’t have it any other way, she’s amazing at her job. Always around to help work on anything you may struggle with. She’s adjusts her workouts to suit you! Thanks Emily :)

I'd spent years trying different diets/fitness regimes and it wasn't until I joined EL Fitness that I was able to start achieving my goal. Not only have I lost weight, I feel the fittest and healthiest I have ever been and now make much better food choices. Emily is amazing and somehow make all the sessions fun while ensuring you are getting the best out of it for you! It's an absolute bonus as well that I have met so many supportive fellow bootcampers along the way, you couldn't ask for a more friendly and fun bunch to work out with! Best decision I ever made to become an ELF!

I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come. A lovely group with lovely people and would recommend to absolutely anyone x
