  • positive review  Emily is lovely... very encouraging and the ELFS are all really supportive. The sessions are hard work - but fun! You will be challenged but you will enjoy the training and leave feeling good about yourself 😀 The other bonus is there are so many different sessions you can book on to during the week which make fitting in a class much easier - so there is no excuse not to go!! 😃😃

  • positive review  I have been training with Emily for over a year now. I do the the child friendly class 3 times a week and couldn’t recommend it enough!! As a new mum it was a great reason to get out of the house at first and get outdoors and moving with other mums. But it’s now so much more than that. I actually feel sad if I can’t make a class. Emily is such a warm, happy, positive person and fantastic fitness coach... I couldn’t see myself exercising that hard for anyone else! My one year old son loves her too. My fitness is the best it has been for years. The people you train with are the loveliest most supportive people going and I’ve made some great friends. Highly recommend.

  • positive review  For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

  • positive review  I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

  • positive review  I’ve been working out with Emily for a while now! She is an amazing trainer who supports and encourages each and everyone of us in such a positive manner regardless of your fitness level! Emily has helped me reach the best of my potential and continues to push me to reach new goals! It’s a warm, welcoming and friendly group and I have made many new friends! The goal is fitness but there is a massive focus on having a positive outlook and embracing life which you won’t find anywhere else! I highly recommend joining and finding out just how fun working out can be!

I have known Emily as a friend for a long time but only started training a year ago and I am hooked!! Emily has the ability to motivate you in a positive and inspirational way!   • positive review  Emily is amazing I started training with her last October, and even now at 8months pregnant I’m still attending classes, where she has completely adapted them for my needs. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming group, she has completely built my confidence and attitude towards exercise as sessions are fun and different every time. Come along and see for yourself 💪🏻💪🏻

  • positive review  I joined E.L.Fitness the second week of lockdown, only regret is I didn’t join sooner! I’ve loved every session with Emily and Sam who are both motivating, helpful, kind and inspirational. The whole team have an amazing ,supportive bond. The last few months have been tough for everyone yet this is a ray of sunshine, tough, fun and addictive! I’d recommend anyone to join. Looking forward to meeting everyone properly! 💪👍

Coming to her classes you will feel part of a fun, supportive family and you WILL feel a difference.
