Firstly she is always full of energy with a massive smile on her face, she is always so positive with the mind set anything can be achieved if you want it too! I have known Emily as a friend for a long time but only started training a year ago and I am hooked!! Emily has the ability to motivate you in a positive and inspirational way! She is always in hand when you need her!   • positive review  I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come. A lovely group with lovely people and would recommend to absolutely anyone x

  • positive review  Emily is amazing I started training with her last October, and even now at 8months pregnant I’m still attending classes, where she has completely adapted them for my needs. Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming group, she has completely built my confidence and attitude towards exercise as sessions are fun and different every time. Come along and see for yourself 💪🏻💪🏻

  • positive review  I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

  • positive review  I have been training with Emily for over a year now. I do the the child friendly class 3 times a week and couldn’t recommend it enough!! As a new mum it was a great reason to get out of the house at first and get outdoors and moving with other mums. But it’s now so much more than that. I actually feel sad if I can’t make a class. Emily is such a warm, happy, positive person and fantastic fitness coach... I couldn’t see myself exercising that hard for anyone else! My one year old son loves her too. My fitness is the best it has been for years. The people you train with are the loveliest most supportive people going and I’ve made some great friends. Highly recommend.

  • positive review  For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

Don't hesitate come and try you wouldn't be disappointed.Because it's not only about sport it's very supportive, friendly, carring family.First time I met Emily at Eltham Ave Reaction Ground the she has class baby boot camp. My little boy was just 5.5 months old then we joined baby boot camp. AMAZING EMILY, are fitness teacher she so supportive. She helps us to look after kids while we exercising. Without her help I don't know what we can do?! She is incredible multi-tasker.❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍Apart from fitness classes we have great time. Childrens Christmas party and adult Christmas party, drinks in TUMMIES and lots of fun.Thank you so much EMILY for everything you do for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
