  • positive review  I joined back in the summer and highly recommend these classes. Emily and Sam are both awesome and the classes are great fun. Exercising outdoors is highly addictive. After 3 months I am seeing both physical changes and also my mental well-being has improved. Classes are tough but great fun and everyone is so friendly. There’s so many classes so there’s always a time to suit. It’s great to exercise outdoors. What makes EL really fantastic though is the personal touch with motivational messages, newsletters and other events. It’s an opportunity to put on some bright leggings and have fun. Even now we are in lockdown, there is loads going on online. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

Firstly she is always full of energy with a massive smile on her face, she is always so positive with the mind set anything can be achieved if you want it too! I have known Emily as a friend for a long time but only started training a year ago and I am hooked!! Emily has the ability to motivate you in a positive and inspirational way! She is always in hand when you need her! Whether you train regularly or have never trained in your life come and give EL Fitness a go I promise you will fall in love with Emily and what she can help you achieve 💪🏻🍍 Everyone that comes to this bootcamp are amazing and friendly and we are all here for each other! 💕

  • positive review  For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

  • positive review  I have been training with Emily for 2 years now and I’m fitter than I have ever been and have achieved more than I thought I could. Emily keeps you motivated with a variety of differ sessions no session is the same. Everyone who attends E.L. Fitness are great people and are like family to me.
