For anyone out there who thinks i’m too big, i’m too unfit, I can’t do that.......think again. I first met Emily nearly two years ago. When I was at my heaviest & unfittest (trust me I was v unfit) & within just a few months I had lost weight & was the fittest I had been in years. That was all because of this amazing lady & the ELF family, who are all truly amazing & I am so blessed to call them my friends. We come in all shapes sizes ages & fitness levels but we all support one another 100%. Everyone is made too feel welcome, the first step is scariest but once you’ve made it you will never look back........ Come & give it go ��

The best bootcamp in the area bar none. Tried the others but Emily makes it such fun as well as challenging. Love it.

Emily is amazing and her bootcamp sessions are hard work but so much fun at the same time. She is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend E.L. Fitness to anyone who wants to get fit and feel better about themselves.

Hi I’m barbie well known to all my boot camp family .. 😜.... I’ve been with elf since the beginning for me it was an easy choice ... Emily’s a top coach the best ! Her classes are always first class never boring !! It’s always bloody hard work but so rewarding!! She pushes everyone to do there best ... we are lucky to have her as not only our coach but our friend .... if you’re looking for a first class excise class with a great bunch off people look no further dont think about it anymore just come along and join !! It’s the best all the people are fab you will get a warm welcome and you will have fun while getting fit ! I can’t thank everyone and Emily for making me the person I’ve become since joining elf boot camp I’ve got an amazing group off new mates and I’m as fit as I’ve ever been ... love boot camp xxxxx

I joined back in the summer and highly recommend these classes. Emily and Sam are both awesome and the classes are great fun. Exercising outdoors is highly addictive. After 3 months I am seeing both physical changes and also my mental well-being has improved. Classes are tough but great fun and everyone is so friendly. There’s so many classes so there’s always a time to suit. It’s great to exercise outdoors. What makes EL really fantastic though is the personal touch with motivational messages, newsletters and other events. It’s an opportunity to put on some bright leggings and have fun. Even now we are in lockdown, there is loads going on online. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

I joined E.L.Fitness the second week of lockdown, only regret is I didn’t join sooner! I’ve loved every session with Emily and Sam who are both motivating, helpful, kind and inspirational. The whole team have an amazing ,supportive bond. The last few months have been tough for everyone yet this is a ray of sunshine, tough, fun and addictive! I’d recommend anyone to join. Looking forward to meeting everyone properly! 💪👍

Just had my first session (taster) with E L Fitness and am definitely going back. Great safety procedures and social distancing measures. Emily and Sam are professional and fun trainers, the group are really friendly and welcoming and the session was perfect...just the type of workout I like and challenging. Looking forward to being part of this community.
