E.L.Fitness make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on this website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website. 

Storing your data
E.L. Fitness are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it or delete it as instructed by you. Any data collected via this E.L. Fitness shop will only be used by us to process and secure your order.  Your personal information will never be sold to 3rd parties.  If you do wish to be added to our mailing list please confirm you consent by confirming during the order process.

Online Orders
When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.

The prices quoted on this website are valid for Internet sales only and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received. E.L. Fitness reserve the right to decline an order. Delivery and Returns policy

Delivery UK
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 per order, we use Royal Mail second class post for all of our standard UK deliveries. Spend over £75 to qualify for free delivery.
We aim to deliver within 7 —10days. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible however, due to the items being hand printed delivery could take up to 10 working days.  If you need an order quickly please contact us and we will do what we can to get the order to you within your deadline.
If any item goes out of stock we will notify you as quickly as possible.  You will the have the option to either wait for your order or we will process a refund.

International Delivery
International deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost.  Please enquire using our contact form and we can get back to you with a quote. All international customs charges and taxes are strictly the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with international deliveries.

You are welcome to return any item to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging with tags.  The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer and any items with insufficient postage charges incurred will have these deducted from their refund.  In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will ask for the item back (if possible) and cover a full refund including the return postage costs.  We will expect photographic evidence of any damage on arrival. In this instance please keep all original packaging and send back with the item as this may be needed in a courier or postage claim. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we have the items back with us and these remain at the discretion of E.L. Fitness.
Any items that do not qualify for a refund or exchange, i.e. sale items will have this clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation on an order
Orders that have yet to be dispatched can be cancelled with no further charges.  Please email us asap to cancel an order.  If the order has been dispatched you will need to follow the returns procedure at your own cost.

Accuracy of Content
Although we endeavor to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.
