  • positive review  I am not a very fit or athletic person but after starting to work out with emily i am hooked. its been a year now and never before i stuck to any kind of workout for so long. i have tried gyms, cardio machines at home, walking, trying to run, youtube videos etc. Emily makes it very interesting and keeps you motivated. another good thing about the classes is that you go at your own pace but at the same time watching other people in the class motivates you to work harder. in addition to this the classes are outdoor, which i must admit i was sceptical about at first but its so rejuvenating. The fresh air do you worlds of good. I usually go to the child friendly sessions at 9:45am and its such a big plus that your kids can come with you if there are holidays or they are not of school going age yet. since starting i feel stronger, adventurous, more active. i feel like i have more energy. Thankyou so much emily for helping me get active.

  • positive review  I joined back in the summer and highly recommend these classes. Emily and Sam are both awesome and the classes are great fun. Exercising outdoors is highly addictive. After 3 months I am seeing both physical changes and also my mental well-being has improved. Classes are tough but great fun and everyone is so friendly. There’s so many classes so there’s always a time to suit. It’s great to exercise outdoors. What makes EL really fantastic though is the personal touch with motivational messages, newsletters and other events. It’s an opportunity to put on some bright leggings and have fun. Even now we are in lockdown, there is loads going on online. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

  • positive review  I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come. A lovely group with lovely people and would recommend to absolutely anyone x

  • positive review  I’ve been working out with Emily for a while now! She is an amazing trainer who supports and encourages each and everyone of us in such a positive manner regardless of your fitness level! Emily has helped me reach the best of my potential and continues to push me to reach new goals! It’s a warm, welcoming and friendly group and I have made many new friends! The goal is fitness but there is a massive focus on having a positive outlook and embracing life which you won’t find anywhere else! I highly recommend joining and finding out just how fun working out can be!

  • positive review  Emily is a great trainer and looks after your welfare. She goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from a trainer. She supported me with home workouts whilst I was overseas. She also gives me alternatives when my dodgy knee does not allow me to attempt some of the exercises.
