Walkfit is a low to no impact, 15 minute, online class that you can do in the comfort of your own home or out and about. It's suitable for absolutely everybody, but especially for people with injuries, illnesses such as long Covid, people who have poor mobility or are struggling to get active, the elderly population and pre and post natal women.

Our aim is to support you in keeping a routine, encouraging gentle daily exercise, lifting your mood and improving your mental health and also to create a community of supportive and like minded people. We can't wait for you to get started and walk yourself fit with us.

Classes are 15mins long and live online at 7am

We have classes on 5 days a week

£5 per week for all 5 classes, that's just £1 per class.
